All prices and transactions on Nandooshop are processed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or provider may charge currency exchange fees based on their own rates and policies.


3. Time of Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed.


4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is approved, you will receive:

  • A shipping notification when your order has been shipped

If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

We cannot process the order until we have received valid payment.
